• Are decals easy to apply / remove?

  APPLICATION:
  Depending on the size and amount of details decals have, they can be easy or hard to apply.

  Small decals (about 3″ x 3″): Easy

  Slap decals: Medium to Hard. Some have very intricate designs, especially around the hair and eyes.

  REMOVAL:
  Decals made with Oracal (solid glossy and matte colors) are easy to remove. Peel them off like any sticker.

  Decals made with HTVRONT/Teckwrap (holographic colors) have a much stronger adhesive and are harder to remove, I recommend using some kind of plastic scraper, along with an adhesive remover like Rapid Remover.

• Will you be making decals of this character?

  The answer is often yes but each slap decal takes a while to design, so I need to be selective on what I make next. It’s a mix of fandom popularity, character popularity, recognizability and a pinch of personal preferences 🙂

• I live nearby! Can I pick up my order in person?

  Sorry no 😀 But if you wanna see me in person, I often go to anime or car conventions. Check out my Instagram to see where I will be next! You’ll see me around the PNW and maybe some cons in California.

• Do you take custom commissions?

  Other than custom colors and sizes, no.

Orders FAQ

• The tracking says the item has arrived, but it's not there.

  The tracking information sometimes gets updated inaccurately, so you get a Delivered notification before the delivery actually happens. The delivery usually happens within the same day or in the next 1-2 days.

  If you still don’t have the item after 2 days, it may be making it’s way back to me. In most cases, I simply reship the item. If the address was wrong, I may charge a small reshipping fee.

• The item arrived but it's damaged or incorrect.

  Ah shit. No problem though I will send a replacement at no additional cost! I will need a picture for this.

• Shipping

  Domestic orders (US)
  Flat items: 3-7 business days (tracked)
  Bulky packages: 5-7 business days (tracked)

  International
  Flat items: 14-21 business days (not tracked)
  Bulky items: 7-21 business days (tracked)

  Any import taxes, duties or customs fees are the customers’s responsability.

• Can I cancel my order?

  If I haven’t made the item yet or if it hasn’t shipped yet, I can cancel it no problem.

• Refunds / Exchanges

  Decals: No returns or exchanges since they are made to order.

  Other items: Depends on the reason. I may need a picture to check the item’s condition.

  Postage fees will be the buyer’s responsibility.
